The House Of Gaunt was a French fan fiction in the universe of Harry Potter.
I had the chance to work on the special effects of several shots.
3D + COMPOSITING
I realized in 3D the medallion that I then animated and incrusted in the scene.
The actor was hiding the real medallion in his hand for the end.
For this shot, I used multiple shockwave footages then incrusted them by adding lights on the characters and some camera shake.
